Kirsten McHugh

A PZer for two decades, Kirsten supports the office of Howard Gardner and advances the ongoing work of The Good Project.

PZ Work

Kirsten began her career with Project Zero as a summer intern in 2006, supporting the Project Zero Classroom, and joined the staff full-time after graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2008. 

 

Over the years, Kirsten has contributed to several research initiatives, including a study exploring how the goals and structure of a traditional four-year residential education might evolve for future generations as well as a more recent study of how educators use a set of lesson plans focused on "good work." 

 

Fun Facts

PZ is near and dear to Kirsten’s heart, as she is the mom of three young and curious kids.
