Isabella Capeci
- Research Assistant
Isabella is a Research Assistant for the Next Level Lab. She mainly works with the Sustainability, Green Jobs, and EarthXDesign team, researching how to support today’s workforce in the face of a climate crisis. Her main research interests are in workplace learning, andragogy theory, and climate change education. Prior to joining the Next Level Lab in 2022, she designed staff trainings for practitioners at Step Up, a housing and community mental health agency in Los Angeles. Isabella received her Ed.M. in Learning Design, Innovation and Technology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and her B.A. in Cognitive Science from Occidental College.
