Project Zero's Cultures of Thinking and Visible Thinking frameworks have transformed countless learning experiences worldwide. If you have 2-3 years of experience in these core PZ ideas, we encourage you to apply for an in-depth, year-long, cohort-based learning experience that will strengthen your expertise and give you the opportunity to earn a Certificate of Proficiency in Visible Thinking or Cultures of Thinking!
 

Program Highlights

  • Earn 60 professional development hours and certification from Project Zero at the Harvard Graduate School of Education
  • Deepen your understanding of and expertise in implementing Visible Thinking or Cultures of Thinking ideas in your practice to transform your learning context
  • Hone your strategies for applying your framework in nuanced ways to transform learning and thinking in your context (classroom, school, afterschool program, or other educational space)
  • Connect with PZ leaders and coaches, as well as peers from around the world
     

Who Should Apply

This program is designed for those who have earned PZ Certificates of Completion in three select online mini courses (see program details below) and have spent at least 2-3 years implementing the framework applicable to those courses in their learning context. We welcome:

  • Teachers and teacher leaders

  • School and district leaders
  • Museum educators
  • Instructional coaches
  • Others who regularly support the learning of colleagues and/or students and who are in a context in which they can implement ideas throughout the course
     

Tuition and Financial Aid

Tuition is $1,850 for this year-long program. Financial aid may be requested within the application process and has no bearing on your status as an applicant. Awards typically cover 20% of total tuition costs. Review our financial aid criteria.
