Communications Assistant

Ana Maria Pavić is the communications assistant at the Center for Digital Thriving. Her passion for digital well-being stems from work with children and youth in education, mentorship, and coaching. She brings communications experience from government, nonprofit, and campaign settings, and loves amplifying youth voices and lived-experience stories.

PZ Work

At the Center for Digital Thriving, Ana Maria supports storytelling and engagement efforts that share both lived experiences and research-informed insights. She helps translate research and practitioner knowledge into accessible content for educators, families, and youth. Her work focuses on amplifying youth and educator voices across digital platforms and ensuring the CDT's work reaches audiences in thoughtful, human-centered ways.

 

Highlights and Interests

Ana Maria's interest in digital well-being grew from working directly with young people as an assistant teacher, youth mentor, and sports coach. Previously, she built communications experience across government, nonprofit research, and campaign settings, including the Connecticut State Department of Education and Child Trends.

 

Fun Facts

Outside of work, Ana Maria enjoys snowboarding, thrifting, and exploring local matcha cafés with friends.
