Presenter: Shari Tishman, Senior Research Associate, Project Zero, Harvard Graduate School of Education

This interactive workshop explores the pleasure and practice of slow looking, showing how slow looking can support deep learning across subject matters and be accessible to learners of all ages. As part of the workshop, participants will try out some slow looking activities themselves in the museum galleries, followed by a discussion of how these methods are transferable from museum to school and adaptable to diverse contexts. All educators welcome: No background in art or teaching experience in museums is necessary.
