Maleka Donaldson Gramling is an advanced doctoral student in Human Development and Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has been a researcher on the Causal Learning in a Complex World project since 2012. In her doctoral research, she explores the role of student mistakes and feedback during classroom learning, with particular focus on interpersonal teacher-student interactions. Maleka holds an A.B. in Biology from Harvard College, and Ed.M. degrees in Human Development & Psychology and Learning & Teaching from HGSE. Prior to her graduate studies, she worked with elementary students as a Kindergarten lead teacher, tutor, and science instructor.
