Indra Raj is an arts administrator, educator, and advocate who recently completed her master’s degree in Arts in Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. As a lifelong musician, trained in both Classical and contemporary styles, Indra strongly believes in creating access to quality arts education for all. This has led to work with various arts and education organizations, including Midori & Friends, a music education nonprofit that partners with NYC public schools, the South African Education and Environment Project, which offers a variety of educational opportunities for youth in the township areas of Cape Town, and New England Conservatory’s Community Performances and Partnerships program. A graduate of Oberlin College with degrees in English, History, and Music, Indra is a champion of the humanities and liberal arts and brings her passion for both to her work with HULA.
